Dr. Hunt has extensive experience providing consultative forensic psychiatric services, including forensic case review, psychiatric assessment, report preparation, and presentation of his findings through consultation, conference, presentations and/or expert testimony. He has over 15 years of practical experience working with administrative systems/agencies, attorney’s offices and individuals, providing opinions utilized in administrative and/or legal matters.

Dr. Hunt can provide an extensive range of services, including:

  • Competency and capacity assessment

  • Independent medical evaluation and assessment

  • Psychiatric functional assessment (e.g. disability, insurance and worker's compensation)

  • Fitness evaluations (i.e. fitness for duty) for entering/maintaining/returning to employment

  • Professional wellness and fitness evaluations

  • Providing formal opinion and testimony

  • Capacity to stand Trial and assessment of mental status related to offense

  • Risk Assessment (violence, sexual)

Dr. Hunt does not work with children, and does not work on cases related to parental assessments, divorce proceedings or child custody conflicts.
